Ungli is an upcoming Hindi language comedy-drama film directed by Rensil D'Silva and produced by Karan Johar. The film features Emraan Hashmi, Kangna Ranaut and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles.
The film was earlier expected to release sometime in 2013 apparently, though was delayed, and is now expecting to release on 23rd May 2014. A source said in 2013, Ungli is an important social drama. Everybody has put in a lot of hard work in the project. The makers don’t want it to be a blink-and-miss release. The film is postponed again so that the film may clash with Sajid Nadiadwala next film Heropanti. The film is believed to be shelved according to Kangana Ranaut.
